Ramblomatic

Found out just now that my manager (amazing lady, and a large part of the reason I even have my job to begin with) was let go yesterday because of our Q3 results. Supposedly she was offered an early retirement - I certainly hope that's the case.

My boss has already assured me that I have nothing to worry about. I certainly hope that's the case. There's a lot that's riding on this job. Paying for school this semester would be an example.

Unsettling nonetheless.
